Where can I place an order?
Currently, we only sell in Switzerland.

SHIPPING COSTS

- Within Switzerland: Free shipping for all orders.

- No hidden fees: All costs are clearly stated during the checkout process.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Order cutoff time: 10:00 PM (CET).

- Processing time (days): Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from Monday to Friday

- Shipping duration (in days): 5–7 business days.

- Total delivery time: It takes a total of 6–9 business days for you to receive your order.

- Weekend orders: Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

- Business days: Shipping occurs from Monday to Friday.

- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

SHIPPING METHODS

- Reliable courier services: We ship via DHL and FedEx.

- Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We need 1–2 business days (Mon. - Fri.) to process the order. If you place the order before 10:00 PM (CET), we will start processing it the same day

- Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information and your tracking code. You can track your order on our “Track Order” page using the tracking code received in the email. It usually takes 6–9 business days (Mon. – Fri.) for the order to arrive at your location.

CANCEL ORDER

- We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee a cancellation once your order has been processed.

PROCEDURE FOR MISSING ITEMS

- Report missing items: Please take photos of the issue and contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@swissfellas.com

- Solution: We will help you locate the items. If they are lost, we will either send you a replacement item or offer you a refund

RETURN POLICY & SHIPPING COSTS

- Return: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the DELIVERY DATE.

- Conditions for returns: Items must be unused and undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Costs: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or does not match the description. For damaged or incorrect products, SwissFellas will cover the return shipping costs

- Customer remorse: The actual cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer. This applies if the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item.

- Refund: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the return and will be refunded via the original payment method.

RESTOCKING

No restocking fee: SwissFellas does not charge a restocking fee for returns
