Occasionally, we also collect information that is publicly available on social media websites. You can control how much of your information social media websites publish by visiting those websites and changing your privacy settings.
Do we share the information we collect with third parties? We may share the information we collect, both personal and non-personal, with third parties, such as advertisers, contest sponsors, advertising and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you. We may also share it with our current and future affiliates and business partners. If we are involved in a merger, asset sale, or other corporate restructuring, we may also share or transfer your personal and non-personal data to our successors.
We may engage trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services for us, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and website, storing and managing databases, email management, storage marketing, credit card processing, customer service, and fulfilling orders for products and services that you can purchase through the website. We will share your personal data and possibly some non-personal data with these third parties so that they can provide these services for us and for you.
We may share parts of our log file data, including IP addresses, with third parties such as web analytics partners, application developers, and advertising networks for analysis purposes. If your IP address is shared, it may be used to estimate general location and other technical data such as connection speed, whether you visited the website from a shared location, and what type of device you used to visit the website. They may collect information about our advertising and what you see on the website, and then create audits, research, and reports for us and our advertising clients.

How long do we keep your data? We only keep your data as long as we need it to provide you with SwissFellas and to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. This also applies to all persons to whom we share your data and who provide services on our behalf. If we no longer need to use your data and it does not need to be retained by law, we will either remove it from our systems or anonymize it so that you cannot be identified.
How do we protect your data? We implement a variety of security measures to ensure the safety of your personal data when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/Credit information provided is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in the database of our payment gateway provider, so that only individuals with special access rights to such systems can access it and are obligated to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financial data, etc.) will never be stored in a file. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of the information you transmit to SwissFellas or guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed through a breach of our physical, technical, or administrative security measures.
Could my information be transferred to other countries? SwissFellas is registered in the Netherlands. Information collected through our website, through direct interactions with you, or through the use of our support services may be transferred from time to time to our offices or employees or to third parties around the world and may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including in countries where there may not be generally applicable laws governing the use and transfer of such data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, by using any of the above means, you voluntarily consent to the cross-border transfer and hosting of such information.
Can I update or correct my information? The rights you have to request updates or corrections to the information that SwissFellas collects depend on your relationship with SwissFellas. Employees can update or correct their information according to the company's internal employment policies. Customers have the right to request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures of personal data as follows. You can contact us to (1) update or correct your personal data, (2) change your preferences regarding communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) delete the personal data stored about you in our systems (subject to the following paragraph) by terminating your account. Such updates, corrections, modifications, and deletions will not affect other information we retain or information we have provided to third parties under this privacy policy prior to such update, correction, modification, or deletion. To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps (e.g., requiring a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your profile or making corrections. You are responsible for keeping your unique password and account details confidential at all times.
You should be aware that it is technically not possible to remove all information you provide from our system. Since we must secure our systems to protect information from unintentional loss, a copy of your information may exist in a non-deletable form that is difficult or impossible for us to locate. Immediately upon receiving your request, all personal data stored in databases and other easily searchable media that we actively use will be updated, corrected, modified, or deleted as appropriate and technically feasible.

You can contact us to (1) update or correct your information, (2) change your preferences regarding communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) obtain a record of the information we have about you. Such updates, corrections, changes, and deletions will not affect other information we retain or information that has been provided to third parties under this privacy policy prior to such update, correction, change, or deletion.
Sale of the Company: We reserve the right to disclose information in the event of a sale, merger, or other transfer of all or substantially all assets of SwissFellas or any of its affiliates (as defined herein) or the part of SwissFellas or any of its affiliates to which the service relates, or in the event of the cessation of our business or the filing of a petition or the filing of a petition against us for bankruptcy, reorganization, or similar proceedings, provided that the third party agrees to abide by the terms of this privacy policy.
Partner Companies: We may share information (including personal data) about you with our partner companies. For the purposes of this privacy policy, "partner companies" means any natural or legal person that directly or indirectly controls SwissFellas, is controlled by SwissFellas, or is under common control with SwissFellas, whether through ownership or otherwise. All information we provide to our affiliates about you will be handled by those affiliates in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.
Applicable Law: This privacy policy is governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to the provisions of conflict of laws. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts for all claims or disputes arising between the parties in connection with this privacy policy, except for individuals who may have rights to assert claims under the GDPR or other applicable data protection regulations.
This agreement and your use of the website are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law principles. Your use of the website may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
By using SwissFellas or directly contacting us, you agree to this privacy policy. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, you should not use our website or avail of our services. Continued use of the website, direct contact with us, or acceptance of changes to this privacy policy that do not materially affect the use or disclosure of your personal data means that you accept these changes.
Your consent: We have updated our privacy policy to provide you with complete transparency about what is set when you visit our website and how it is used. By using our website, registering an account, or purchasing a product, you hereby agree to our privacy policy and accept its terms.
Links to other websites: This privacy policy applies only to the services. The services may contain links to other websites that are not operated or controlled by SwissFellas. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on these websites, and these websites are not examined, monitored, or checked by us for accuracy or completeness. Please note that our privacy policy no longer applies when you navigate to another website via a link from the services. Your browsing and interaction on other websites, including those that have a link on our platform, are subject to the rules and policies of that website. Such third parties may use their cookies or other methods to collect information about you. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of these providers so that you understand how your personal data is processed by them.
Advertising: This website may contain advertising from third parties and links to third-party websites. SwissFellas does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the information contained in these advertisements or websites and is not responsible or liable for the behavior or content of these advertisements and websites, as well as for offers made by third parties.
Through advertising, SwissFellas and many of the websites and services you use remain free. We work hard to ensure that the ads are safe, unobtrusive, and as relevant as possible.
Third-party advertising and links to other websites that advertise goods or services do not constitute endorsements or recommendations by SwissFellas for third-party websites, goods, or services. SwissFellas is not responsible for the content of the ads, the promises made, or the quality/reliability of the products or services offered in any ads.
Cookies for Advertising: These cookies collect information about your online activities over time on the website and other online services to make online advertising more relevant and effective for you. This is referred to as interest-based advertising. They also serve functions such as preventing the same ad from continuously reappearing and ensuring that ads are displayed properly for advertisers. Without cookies, it is very difficult for an advertiser to reach their audience or to know how many ads were served and how many clicks they received.
Cookies: SwissFellas uses "cookies" to identify the areas of our website that you have visited. We use cookies to improve the performance and functionality of our website, but they are not strictly necessary for use. However, without these cookies, certain features such as videos may not be available, or you may have to enter your login credentials on each visit to the website, as we cannot remember that you logged in previously. Most web browsers can be set to disable the use of cookies. However, if you disable cookies, you may not be able to access or use the features of our website properly. We never store personal data in cookies.
Blocking and Disabling Cookies and Similar Technologies: You can set your browser to block cookies and similar technologies, but this may also block our essential cookies and prevent the proper functioning of our website, meaning you may not be able to fully use all features and services of the website. You should also be aware that you may lose some stored information (e.g., saved login credentials, website settings) if you block cookies in your browser. Different browsers offer different controls. Disabling a cookie or a category of cookies does not delete the cookie from your browser unless this is done manually through the browser function.
Children's Privacy: We collect information from children under 13 years old only to improve our services. If you are under 13 years old, you may only use our website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Changes to our Privacy Policy: We may change our service and our policies, and we may need to make changes to this Privacy Policy to accurately reflect our service and our policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (e.g., through our service) before we make changes to this Privacy Policy and give you the opportunity to review it before it takes effect. If you continue to use the service, you are bound by the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this or an updated Privacy Policy, you can delete your account.
Third-party services: We may display, embed, or provide content from third parties (including data, information, applications, and other products and services) or provide links to third-party websites or services (“third-party services”).
You acknowledge and agree that SwissFellas is not responsible for third-party services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, compliance with copyright, legality, decency, quality, or other aspects thereof. SwissFellas assumes no liability or responsibility to you or any other person or organization for third-party services.
