Return and Refund Policy
Easy return in 6 steps
To request a return, your items must be unused and the return must occur within 30 days of receipt. Please follow these instructions:
- Contact our customer service at info@swissfellas.com.
- Our team will provide you with the return address.
- Pack and ship your items. Please note that you are responsible for the return label and shipping costs.
- We will keep you updated throughout the return process.
- Once your return has been received by us, you will be notified.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Return deadline
Customers have the right to return the product within 30 days of the delivery date without providing a reason. The return label will not be provided by us; this is the customer's responsibility.
Exchange:
We do not accept exchanges.
Return instructions:
- Return eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all attached labels, and in the original packaging.
- Return notice: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@swissfellas.com and provide your order number as well as the exact reason for the return.
- Return authorization: After reviewing your return request, you will receive detailed instructions from us and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Packaging and shipping
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached.
Return shipping costs
- For defective products: No costs for the customer. This applies if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective. Please take photos of the issue and contact us at info@swissfellas.com. We will inform you about the next steps.
- Customer remorse (change of mind): The actual costs for the return will be charged to the customer. This applies if the customer purchases the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item.
- Wrong product received: If you receive a wrong product, contact us, and we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct product.
- Product never arrived: If your product never arrived, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier service. If the product is not found, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please contact us at info@swissfellas.com, and we will inform you about the following process.
Time frame
- Refund conditions: A refund will be approved if the product is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered products will be approved after inspection.
- Return processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Refund methods: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exceptions to the return policy
The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear), unless they are unopened and unused.
